Terms of purchase

This purchase is governed by the following sales terms for consumer purchases of goods over the Internet. Consumer purchases over the Internet are mainly regulated by the Norwegian Contracts Act (avtaleloven), the Consumer Purchases Act (forbrukerkjøpsloven), the Marketing Control Act (markedsføringsloven), the Right of Withdrawal Act (angrerettloven) and the E-commerce Act (ehandelsloven), and these laws grant the consumer non-waivable rights. The laws are available at www.lovdata.no. The terms of this agreement shall not be interpreted as any limitation on the statutory rights, but set out the parties' most important rights and obligations for the transaction.

The Agreement consists of these sales terms, information provided in the ordering interface and any individually agreed terms. In the event of any conflict between the information, what has been individually agreed between the parties shall take precedence, provided that it does not conflict with non-waivable legislation. The Agreement will additionally be supplemented by relevant statutory provisions that govern the purchase of goods between businesses and consumers.

Upon purchasing the service, the customer gains access to all available features for as long as the subscription is valid. The period runs from the moment access is granted. The app and website shall be available at all times. There may, however, be downtime related to maintenance and/or bug fixing. The subscription the customer purchases is personal to the customer and tied to a phone number. Access may not be shared with others. The Seller reserves the right to block/terminate the customer's account if there is suspicion of a breach of these terms.

The stated price for the goods and services is the total price the Buyer is to pay. This price includes all taxes, duties and additional costs. Additional costs that the Seller has not informed the Buyer about before the purchase shall not be borne by the Buyer. Vipps is used for payment. The service is considered delivered once payment has been received and the customer has been granted access. By purchasing the service, the customer acknowledges that the right of withdrawal lapses once the customer is granted access to the service after payment.

The pass guarantee applies exclusively to customers with an annual subscription.

To qualify for the pass guarantee, the customer must:

1. Have completed and passed at least 15 (fifteen) full tests in the app.
2. Each test must contain a minimum of 45 questions.
3. All available categories in the app must be enabled while completing each test.
4. Document that the official theory test has not been passed, by submitting a valid and dated confirmation from the traffic authorities.

If the above conditions are met, and the customer nevertheless does not pass the official class B theory test, the documented subscription cost paid for the annual subscription will be refunded in full.

The pass guarantee must be invoked in writing within 60 days after taking the test. The guarantee does not apply in the event of a breach of the user terms or suspicion of misuse of the arrangement.

Refunds are made via bank transfer to the account specified by the customer.
