How many questions are on the theory test?
The car theory test has 45 questions. You must answer 38 of them correctly to pass.
What the questions look like
Each question has several answer options, and only one of them is right. You answer on a computer at the traffic station.
You can take the test in Norwegian or in one of these languages:
- English
- Northern Sami
- Arabic
- Sorani
- Turkish
You can switch language at any time during the test.

Other classes have other numbers
These numbers are for a car. The test for a light motorcycle has 40 questions, and the moped test has 30.
